“Ką gaminti?” (kagaminti.eu) uses artificial intelligence to build a weekly menu, recipes and a shopping list from your preferences and emails them to you. You need a valid email address, which you confirm via a link. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide (especially allergies) and can change it on your account page.
The first two weeks (two weekly menus) are free and need no card. After that the service costs €3.99 per month (shown at checkout). The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can cancel any time on your account page or in the Stripe portal; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason. If we started the service at your request within that period, we will charge a proportionate amount for what was already provided. Write to info@kagaminti.eu.
Menus are created by artificial intelligence and additionally checked automatically, but errors cannot be ruled out completely. The service is not medical or dietetic advice. If you have a severe allergy, intolerance or medical condition, consult a doctor, and always check ingredient labels and whether a recipe suits you. You are responsible for what you cook and eat.
Do not abuse or attack the service, register in bulk by automated means, or redistribute menus commercially without our consent. You may freely use menus and recipes for personal and family purposes.
The service is provided “as is”; we aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by law, nor liability for intent, gross negligence or harm to life or health.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. We may change the terms or price; we will notify you by email in advance of material changes, and a price change will not apply until you agree or until your current paid period ends.
The laws of the Republic of Lithuania apply, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We try to resolve disputes amicably first. Consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
